Architecture Documentation - AutoCAD
The consultants at Casalina Design Group, Inc. understand the importance of designing a building that meets local, state, and federal code requirements. Every municipality is different so we take every precaution to ensure our clients’ drawings will receive zoning and building approvals. Each team member has over 7 years of AutoCAD experience and has documented many different building types throughout their career.
Architecture Documentation - REVIT (BIM)
As an architecture design consulting business, it is critical that we adopt the newest architecture documentation technology in the industry. Our team members have worked with the Building Information Modeling platform since 2008 when it was still a brand new technology. Casalina Design Group, Inc. continues to be at the forefront of the REVIT community.
Visualization - Renderings and Animations
Our company provides visualization support to architects, contractors, and developers. We respect our clients’ privacy. Please ask for examples of our renderings, animations, and marketing packages in person. These services are part of our marketing expenses, so we keep our costs low for our clients.
Construction Administration
In addition to our architecture design experience, the team members of CDGI have experience after ground is broken and construction has begun. We review RFIs and shopping drawings alongside the architect. We help our clients understand building permit documents and the specified products. Rates for this phase are hourly.
